Spann & Associates Move Into Germantown

WI Retail Lumber Association hired Judson & Associates to achieve its goal of selling the Associations office property before an upcoming merger. Mark Gorski and Mike Judson kept the Association up to date on current market conditions and devised a new pricing strategy to position the property for sale by the end of 2010. We wish Spann and Associates continued success in their new location.

Siding Unlimited Opens Near 
Goerkes Corners

 Siding Unlimited, LLC is excited to open its new Brookfield location. The family owned and operated company has been installing siding, windows, roofing and doors in Southeastern Wisconsin since 1994. The new location near I-94 and Barker Road will include a showroom to promote high quality residential remodeling. Lori Hake of Judson & Associates worked with Siding Unlimited during their site selection process. Good luck to Siding Unlimited as they continue to lead the remodeling industry with top quality products, high installation standards, and now – a new location!

 LaFuente Expands to Bluemound Road

Lori Hake of Judson & Associates is pleased to announce that LaFuente will be expanding to a new location in Milwaukee. The former El Matador on 92nd Street and Bluemound Road will be remodeled to include valet parking and an expanded patio. LaFuente is expected to re-open in August of 2010.

Camp Bow Wow Purchases Waukesha Property

Camp Bow Wow has purchased the 6,500 square foot property located at 1707 Paramount Court in Waukesha to open “canine camp”. Camp Bow Wow is a well-known chain of doggie day care/overnight centers that have over 100 locations nationwide. Mike Judson of Judson represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

Diamond Residential Mortgage Company Opens Milwaukee Banch

The Diamond Residential Mortgage Company, based out of Gurnee, Illinois will be moving its Milwaukee branch office to 8825 S. Howell Avenue in Oak Creek this summer in order to capitalize on aggressive market rates and restructuring of the branch. Sean Beuche of Judson & Associates represented both the Lessor of “The Gathering” on Howell and the Diamond Residential Mortgage Company in structuring a lease agreement that both parties are happy with.
