Lori Hake

Lori L. Hake joined Judson and Associates, s.c. in November, 2006. Lori brings twelve years of experience in Industrial Sales and two years of Commercial Real Estate with another local real estate firm. Lori’s broad knowledge gained by working in Industrial Sales gives her a keen insight of the internal workings of large and small industrial companies. Her industrial sales background will also give her an edge in Industrial Real Estate since she will combine her insider knowledge with her superior market knowledge of Industrial properties and adding her aggressive approach will benefit her customers and clients.

Lori’s responsibilities with Judson and Associates, s.c. will include Buyer/Tenant representations for property sales and leases plus working with commercial developers in the sale of vacant land. She will focus heavily on the office market however, will be knowledgeable in industrial and retail sales as well.

Lori is a member of The Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals of Wisconsin (CARW), The National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). She is active in Waukesha County Chambers of Commerce and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
