J&A Management works along side Judson & Associates Real Estate to easily negotiate and produce leases for new tenants and re-negotiate current tenant leases. We will track tenant rent increases and other collectibles to optimize your cash flow.
We will keep you well informed and up to date with your income and expenses with our simple, yet professional monthly & quarterly reports.
We have a full time maintenance staff to promptly respond to any tenant requests. For those services J&A Management maintenance staff do not provide, J&A Management has a preferred list of vendors that respond to emergency calls quickly to address any tenant concerns.
We will personally stop in periodically to check in on your tenants. Our #1 goal is to make sure they are satisfied with their space and quickly respond to any concerns.
