Scott Judson

Scott Judson joined the company after five years in the Air Force and completing an accounting degree from Madison. Scott's first assumed the position of real estate broker, but as the need arose, also took on many administrative and accounting duties. As Judson and Associates became more involved in developer-investor sales, Scott assumed the new duties associated with the evolution of the property management business, as his talents and skills were naturally appliable. Because he had already assumed many of the duties of property manager, and since he enjoyed accounting, he was the natural person to head up the new Property Management Department.

"Our style of property management is slanted toward service to the tenant rather than producing pounds of reports that are never read. We publish an owner's report each month that is easy to understand. Additional reports are published as needed for a CPA to complete all pertinent tax reports. Clients who have previously received volumes of paper work and little positive tenant relationship are extremely pleased with our personal service."
